Oracle ERP Limited Availability Planned for Oct. 10-13

Please be advised that some Oracle functionality will be unavailable from 3 p.m. CDT, Thursday, October 10 through Sunday, October 13, at 11:59 p.m. CDT. This period is essential to ensure the integrity of the fiscal year 2024 data being converted during this time. You will continue to be able to purchase and pay for goods/services. The FST team will advise if there is a disruption to the restoration of access and services.

Many Oracle and Orbit services will be unavailable; see below for details.

  • Workflow notification emails will be turned off, but notifications will still appear in the bell icon.
  • Payables invoices will not be brought inbound to Oracle between 3:00 p.m. on Thursday (10/10) and 8:00 a.m. on Monday (10/14).
    > Invoices that are sent to Oracle during this period will be imported automatically once the downtime concludes.
  • Payables invoices that are already created in Oracle and are eligible for payment may be paid during the limited availability period.
  • Payment requests that are entered in Oracle during downtime will route for approval, but they will not be paid until Monday (10/14).

What is not impacted?

  • Oracle Procurement and Payables
    > Creation and approval of purchase requisitions
    > Creation and approval of payment request requisitions
    > Distribution of purchase orders
    > Approval of payables invoices created in system prior to downtime

    > Payment of payables invoices created in system prior to downtime
  • Orbit Procurement and Payables dashboards, along with all other Orbit dashboards
  • Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Applications, including Planning and Budgeting (UCPLAN), Profitability and Cost Management (UCALLOC), and Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
  • Concur
